Wills & Estate Lawyers Sydney | Wills & Estate Solicitors Sydney

As our population ages the one area that seems to be neglected by many people is planning for the retirement and what will happen as we get older and maybe unable to manage our affairs. As part of our expansion we now offer advice in relation to planning your Estate and ensuring that you are well catered for should you find yourself no longer able to look after your affairs.

We have all heard stories or are touched personally by situations where we know of people who have been struck down suddenly by some form of ailment which prevents them dealing with their affairs. Often at that time it is too late to fix the problem without the intervention of Public Guardian and Trustee.

If only that person or loved one had taken the time to have an Enduring Power of Attorney executed or an Enduring Guardianship document executed, then all the worry would be alleviated. It is such a simple process and gives you piece of mind that someone you have nominated and trust will be looking after your affairs.

We always recommend to people making Wills that they also consider making and Enduring Power of Attorney and perhaps and Enduring Guardianship document so that all bases are covered.

Please make an appointment to see Greg Elks and discuss any of the following:

  • Estate Planning
  • Wills
  • Estate Administration
  • Enduring & General Powers of Attorney
  • Enduring Guardianship
  • Advanced Care Directions
  • Trusts

It will give you piece of mind.
